SHIPPING POLICY
All shipments are made through a carrier of our choice from Canada. International customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees incurred during transit. Orders can be shipped through expedited service, however, additional surcharges may be incurred.

Products may occasionally become backordered or out of stock. If product is in stock, it will be shipped in 3-5 business days.

Free shipping on orders greater than C$150 across Canada and United States.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All ceramic products are handmade, which means all sizes and colours will vary. Each piece is one of a kind - hand thrown, glazed and fired at different times. We are not a machine and love the ability to create unique pieces.
If you are not 100% happy with your order, you can return your product within 14 days of receipt for full refund or store credit. Please connect prior to returning any items. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees and if products are returned damaged, refund will be forfeited.
Pieces are packaged with various layers of recyclable materials to ensure you receive your goods safely. If your package is damaged upon receipt, please take a photo of the product and email it to hello@jennaarcher.com. We will be happy to send you a replacement product.
